PUBLIC CONSULTATIONS

general public, organizations and organs interested in the:

Stakeholders Engagement Plan (SEP),

prepared for

"REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT PROJECT – 2"

 

Interested parties may view the subject documents as follows:

• Printed copies are available at the premises of the Project Implementation Unit, Bulevar vojvode Misica 39, 11000 Belgrade, every working day from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., from the moment of publication of this notice until the day of public consultations
• Electronic version of the document is available as integral part of this invitation

 

Comments and opinions on the subject document should be submitted in writing by mail addressed to the Republic Geodetic Authority - Project Implementation Unit, Bulevar vojvode Misica 39, 11000 Belgrade or by e-mail to the e-mail address wb@rgz.gov.rs or directly during public consultations.

 

Public consultations and the presentation of the document in question will be held on April 24, 2024 at 1:00 p.m., in the premises of the Republic Geodetic Authority, Bulevar vojvode Misica 39, 11000 Belgrade and online, through a widely available Internet platform. All interested bodies, organizations and individuals are invited to confirm their participation and to make the appointment, and if they opt for attending online, to submit their e-mail addresses to: wb@rgz.gov.rs no later than April 23, 2024 by 1 p.m.
