PROFESSIONAL SUPERVISION OF THE CADASTRE

The Law on State Survey and Cadastre ("Official Gazette of RS", no. 72/2009, 18/2010, 65/2013, 15/2015 - CC decision, 96/2015, 47/2017 - authentic interpretation, 113/2017 - other law, 27/2018 - other law, 41/2018 - other law and 9/2020 - other law, hereinafter: the Law), in accordance with Article 10, regulates the professional tasks and tasks of the state administration, which, among other things, relate to the professional supervision of the cadastre (Real Estate Cadastre and Utility Cadastre).

Professional supervision of the cadastre is carried out by the Republic Geodetic Authority and includes: professional supervision, inspection and acceptance of geodetic works for the establishment and renewal of the Real Estate Cadastre, maintenance of the Real Estate Cadastre i and the establishment and maintenance of the Utility Cadastre.
