PROPERTY CARD

The e-Cadastre offers the user a simple and easy access to the data on properties registered in the Cadastre and their registered owners, without visiting a front desk office.

The e-Cadastre database was established by taking over the data maintained in the Local Real Estate Cadastre Offices of the Republic Geodetic Authority. The data can be searched through the parcel number within the cadastral
municipality as well as through the property address (street and house number within the municipality).

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, it is possible to obtain basic information about property and property rights holders (name and surname, that is, the name of the legal entity as well as the address of the rights holder).

CADASTRE OVERVIEW - REGISTERED USERS

The e-Cadastre web application provides for the registered users to search the Real Estate Cadastre database faster. The registered user has insight into the extended database in relation to the data provided by the web application for public access.

Only registered users have access to the web application, i.e. users who have an agreement with the RGA on the use of the Real Estate Cadastre data.
